In between senior leadership roles in Allied Health, I had the opportunity to work in a women’s and children’s shelter, a safe place for families escaping domestic violence. I saw fear in the eyes of women and children as they arrived with nothing, and I watched them slowly rebuild their lives with the support of psychologists, social workers, Allied Health professionals and NDIS providers.

​It was a turning point for me. I saw what genuine care looks like, and I knew I wanted to support those who dedicate their lives to helping others.

With over 25 years of experience across business management and client accounts, I’ve seen firsthand how often the people doing real work are left unsupported. I’ve worked for organisations that claimed to put clients first but were ultimately driven by profit. That kind of environment made it clear to me the type of person I wanted to be and the kind of business I wanted to create.
